benefits of green tea and why warm fluids are better than cold fluids

Green tea instead of a latte for me!

There’s so many benefits to drinking green tea. Not only does it hydrate you, but it’s full of antioxidants. It burns fat, lowers stress, boosts brain power and also boosts immunity against illnesses just to name a few.

It’s also more beneficial to drink your fluids warm. Warm fluids hydrate better because it causes less constriction of the blood vessels. Warm fluids before a meal will stimulate the glands of the stomach and prepare it for food, not to mention drinking warm fluids after a meal will detoxify and improve digestion.
