Orange Dreamsicle Ice Cream

“Ice cream” that doesn’t feel so guilty!

What You Need

• 1 pack of orange jello mix (3 oz pack)
• 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
• 2 cups of vanilla or honey Greek yogurt
• 2 ziplock bags
• wax paper

Now What?

• lay out a piece of wax paper over a pan
• in a bowl, mix 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 of the 3 oz pack of orange jello
• transfer yogurt mixture to a zip lock bag
• cut a tiny corner off the bag and use to squeeze small dots of yogurt onto the wax paper
• in a separate zip lock bag, fill with the vanilla or honey Greek yogurt and do the same – cut off a tiny corner and squeeze small dots onto the wax paper
• freeze – this will only take about ten to twelve minutes
• once your yogurt dots are frozen, you can combine them into a single bag and wah-lah! you now have orange dreamsicle “ice cream”
